2.We will require you to upload 3 of your private photos. Please note that, by private, we do not mean nude or sexual contents. Moonlight Dating does not tolerate nudity or obscene photos. Failure to comply with zero tolerance to inappropriate photos may lead to suspending your account. Your private photos may include photos that are taken while you’re not gorgeously dressed or taken while you are not wearing makeup or taken in an awkward environment or position. Such photos that may elicit laughter but not obscene are considered private photos here. Posting your private photos is compulsory for fun sake and for some earnings. When you post your private photos, only premium members who match with you can see them. When they see them and like them, you earn some money. You can always check your balance by clicking View your Earnings. Withdrawals can be made when your earnings reach $100.

3.Enjoy the pleasure of browsing and swiping through varying profiles. It is free to search those around you. Where there is no one around you, adjust your match options to narrow down your preferences on age, location, interest and gender. Free members are required to swipe yes to only 20 profiles each day. Premium members can swipe as many profiles as they want. Premium members also can change their target countries at will.

4.When you find a match, don’t hesitate to start a conversation. Only premium members can send a message to unmatched users. Messaging with your matches is entirely free regardless of your membership status. Please be respectful and genuine in the course of your conversation.

5.As important as possible, be careful when sharing your personal information with other users. Until you meet in person, every user is a stranger whose identity you have no knowledge of. So do not share sensitive information such as your exact location, financial information or social status with them. Instead find a way to meet in person first. Where you suspect a user to be an impostor, there are two things you should do: report them to us and then block them immediately.

6.If you decide to meet in person, please choose a busy or public place for the meeting. Hotel is not ideal for first time meeting. Do keep your family or a trusted friend informed about who you are meeting, where you’re meeting them and when you’re meeting them.

7.We want to emphasize more on your communication with users. Always allow your reasoning to guide your emotion. Do not send money to someone you have not met before. If someone promises to send you a huge amount of money or highly expensive gifts, be careful, it is likely a trick to extort money from you. Do not send money to a caller from the bank or custom demanding a ransom for money or gift sent to you. No custom or bank officer will call to ask for money. Do not send money to a stranger who claims to be on contract and needs money to process payments. It’s all scam. Report such a person and block them immediately.

8.You can send a gift to a member or receive a gift from them. That is inside Moonlight Dating App. When you receive a gift, the gift is in your earnings. You can convert it to cash and be able to withdraw it. To send a gift, you have to first fund your account with coins. You are not required to pay anything before you can receive a gift from a user in Moonlight Dating App.

9.Before using Moonlight Dating App, we will need you to grant us permission to use your location. This is to enable us connect you with users near you. Your location is not shared with any third party or is it stored in our database. It is simply to connect you with interested users nearby.

10.We have provided an opportunity to see the history of profiles you have liked who may not have matched with you. You can send them a message to remind them of the match request only if you’re a premium user.
